How you may use this website and its report system — and what is expected of
every user.
Your conduct
Use the website, the install scripts and the report system for their intended purpose only.
Submit genuine bug reports with real information about the problem you experienced.
Do not spam, flood, or submit test reports repeatedly.
Do not upload files or text that are not part of a real report (random pictures, unrelated documents, etc.).
Do not impersonate the maintainer or other users.
Zero tolerance for NSFW and hateful content
Explicit, sexual, child-exploitation, and hateful content is not tolerated — in any form, in any field.
This applies to the entire report: the title, every text field, attached screenshots, and uploaded log files.
Nude, sexual, or suggestive images are detected automatically (in your browser and again on the server) and blocked.
Sexual words, racial slurs, and hate speech typed in any field are detected live while you type, and the report is rejected if you try to send them.
Log files and other attachments are scanned for this content as well.
Trying to bypass the filters — renaming files, hiding text, or editing a log to look official — violates these conditions.
A blocked attempt shows you exactly why it was blocked. You are always welcome to
submit a clean, genuine report afterwards.
Honesty and age
Reports are automatically reviewed for combinations of personal statements and
sexual content. Statements such as "I am 12 years old" combined with sexual
language, or any statement expressing sexual interest in children, minors or
"little girls/boys", is grounds for immediate rejection. Do not include personal
details you do not need for a technical report.
What happens to your report
What we receive: the text you typed, attached screenshots, the verified install log, your Fedora/GNOME versions, browser and page information.
Where it goes: your report is stored securely on our servers and in our database, where it is reviewed by our team to fix the bug.
Automatic checks: every report passes a full text policy scan, an image moderation check, and a log verification. Reports that fail are rejected and nothing is kept.
Your data: used only to investigate and fix bugs. If you want a report removed, contact the maintainer — we will delete it.
Consequences of breaking the conditions
A report that violates these conditions is rejected automatically before it can be
delivered. Repeated violations may result in your access to the report system being
blocked entirely. This project runs on trust — keep the report system clean so bugs
can be fixed quickly for everyone.
